10/10!!! Omg the best pho I've had in Charlotte. I got the double short rib bowl and wow. I can't explain how kind blowing it was. Add just a tad bit of hoisin sauce and it's perf.

Great service, a nice portion size to keep you full for the rest of the day! Hard to find something to eat when everything taste bad. Cilantro Noodle has definitely made eating better while going through Chemo!

Absolutely delicious!! One of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. I've had their noodle bowls, fresh rolls, vegan pho and spring rolls. All so tasty and fresh!! Highly recommend.

YUM!! Cilantro noodle is one of my fave quick eats in Charlotte. You can create your own bowl - I've only ever gotten the fried rice bowl with shrimp, peppers, cucumbers, cilantro, steamed veggies & yum yum sauce!
