" Literally amazing experience! Just took some friends there to show them how great Charlotte is and the food! The food did not disappoint but the phenomenal servicr received was the cherry on the top! Maya was AMAZING! She answered all of our questions and was so genuine, we gladly gave her our money as we were talking about how great the experience was even on our way home from there. Give Maya a raise, employee of the month, all the things because she went above and beyond!"

" A staple in my weekly food orders! Cilantro Noodle has the best 'build your own bowl' in Plaza Midwood. All of their proteins are tasty and their sauces are the bomb. You can find me here once a week!"

" The draw of Cilantro is their make-your-own meal concept similar to Yafo (Mediterranean) or Chipotle (Mexican). For me it works even though you can get more authentic Pho elsewhere. Definitely will continue to patronize this place."

I've been excited to try this place since I first read about it opening. We went for dinner on a Saturday night at 6:30. I was worried it would be really busy, but it wasn't too bad. They have kiosks that you can use to order your food. We used them, but I kind of wish we hadn't because I think it would have been nice to see your food getting made Chipotle style. We got the Cilantro Special--Bun Bo Hue, spicy and a Vermicelli Bowl. In our bowl, we got lemongrass pork, mango, jalepeño, cilantro, crushed peanut, crispy rolls, house sauce, and sweet and sour chili sauce. We loved both. The broth of the Bun Bo Hue was spicy and flavorful. It was better than any pho I've had. The vermicelli bowl also stood up to the best I've had. I would do a couple of things differently with the bowl next time. I thought the crispy rolls were the spring rolls that most Vietnamese places have as a protein option. They were just hollow rolls, so I would not get them again. I wish they offered spring rolls as a topping though. I would also get the peanut sauce instead of the sweet and sour sauce next time. We sampled some of our friends and it was better. We got the lychee lemonade to drink which was fantastic. I want to try a banh mi next time I come. I was skeptical about how good fast casual Vietnamese would be, but this place is really good and definitely worth checking out!"

Can’t stop thinking about that big bowl of delicious PHO DAC BIET!!! Highly recommend it. Super fresh and flavorful with A TON of meat and noodles. If you’ve never had pho before, this is a great one to try. Very mild but still incredibly flavorful. Can’t wait to go back."

checked this out at first day. Great food. Especially the beef short rib. This is the first time Idfind short rib in pho but that tastes really great. Brisket and meat ball are in high quality too. You need add salt to broth until it met your taste. Classic summer roll is ok. All the food is huge in portion. And the pho comes with lots of meat. The service is in a mess but I forgive them because this is the first hour of the first day they opened right? The other thing is parking is hard."

I will be making this a recurring eating spot in the future. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was delicious and portions were generous. I ordered a beef rib pho and shrimp spring rolls. Their small pho noodle bowl was equivalent to what I'm used getting as a large in other restaurants. Extremely filling. The shrimp rolls were enormous as well. I split the noodles and rolls between myself and my boyfriend and we were both plenty full. Bonus is it is attached to a tea and ice cream cafe so you can order that afterwards if you need a sweet treat. Would highly recommend."

" One of the best Pho Restuarants I have been too! First time visiting and the owner was nice enough to help me and my mother figure out what we wanted. I order the Spicy Beef Noodles. And his suggestions were perfect! While your waiting for your order go next door and grab a drink. I got the Thai Green Milk! Both places have the same owner. Customer service, experience and food was amazing! Most definitely a repeat visit in the future."

" My fiancé and I are obsessed with this place! It is totally a local hidden gem. It's been a staple takeout night for us throughout quarantine. He's convinced the wings are the best he's ever had (which says a lot as he is the biggest wing lover I know) and I'm hooked on the BYO veggie rolls. Every time we've ordered, the food has been so delicious, flavorful fresh, warm and they don't skimp you on the portion sizes. It's perfect for gluten free eaters and vegetarians alike - you can't go wrong with the rice paper rolls with tofu. The garlic shrimp is also out of this world! The customer service is great also. Love love love Cilantro! I've tried the pho, BYO rolls and BYO bowl."

" One of my favorite new places for Pho, Fresh Rolls, or Rice bowl! My friend took me here and now we go to lunch here to hang out. I have also got my Boyfriend and Mom hooked! The staff is so helpful and super nice. Definitely recommend to everyone!"

This is a great place where I went right as it was in its primacy. The girl that greeted me was a relative of management. She was very helpful and took the job very seriously. There was clearly a gentleman working in the back that you could tell from body language was the manager and possible owner. He was organizing the team of workers and hashing out the details. They didn't skimp out with creative interior design. The place has great use of green coloring lighting and a very inviting open kitchen where you can see EVERYTHING that goes on behind the scenes."
